Cookies n Crème Fudge

Everyone loves cookies, so this fudge is sure to be a winner.

Makes: 40

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Total Cooking Time: 3 hours 10 minutes

List of Ingredients:

18 ounces white chocolate baking squares

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

⅛ teaspoons sea salt

3 cups cookies n crème biscuits (coarsely crushed)

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Instructions:

1. In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate squares, condensed milk, and sea salt. Melt over a low heat. When totally melted remove the pan from the heat and add the crushed biscuits. Stir well to combine.

2. Transfer the mixture to an 8” square baking tin, lined with greaseproof paper. Chill the tin in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, until solid.

3. When completely set pop the fudge out of the pan onto a clean work surface or board. Cut into 40 bite size squares.
